Intermediate-level yoga classes via Zoom. If you are interested, please email Susan Douglass.

The Monday and Thursday classes are 90 minutes, while the other days are a quick 20-minute yoga joint-freeing series that gets all the joints moving and promotes well-being with a small time commitment.

There is no charge for these classes.
