Parenting Program
Mazel Tots Early Childhood Program offers our youngest students the opportunity to participate in our Parenting Program. This program starts in the fall and meets for 10 sessions. Children are actively engaged with our Early Childhood staff while at the same time their parents are involved in discussions on a variety of issues facing parents today. Parents and their children take this class in the same space so they are always in full view of one another. This program meets on Tuesdays from October to December from 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. There is no charge for the class and synagogue membership is not required. Many families participating in our Parenting Program move on to our Toddler Program which serves children 18 months and older. (see below for description). Enrollment in our Parenting Program is limited therefore registration is required. To register for this program, click the link below. The toddler program is designed to prepare children for a "separated" nursery school experience. The goal is to encourage a gradual and gentle separation between your child and their accompanying adult (parent or caregiver) and to encourage children to gain confidence as they become accustomed to a classroom routine and environment.
