Join us for a special Shabbat service (featuring the music of our Chai Notes) as we celebrate LGBTQ Pride.  We are honored to welcome Jo Ivester, who will be sharing remarks and reflections about the journey of her (now grown) trans son.  It is a story that is told more fully in Jo's book Once a Girl, Always a Boy: A Family Memoir of a Transgender Journey.  An anonymous donor has generously purchased several copies of the book for the congregation.  If you would like to borrow one of our copies, enter your information below and we will be in touch.  We will hand out our copies in the order that people sign up.  Those that don't receive a copy initially will be notified when one of the copies is returned.
